Rattan Tray Table

Introduce natural texture and relaxed elegance into your home with the Rattan Tray Table, crafted from rattan and finished in a rich antique brown, this beautifully considered side table combines traditional woven craftsmanship with a clean, contemporary silhouette, creating a versatile accent table that brings warmth and character to any interior.

The beauty of this rattan side table lies in its tactile construction. The woven rattan detailing introduces depth and organic texture, while the finish gives the piece a wonderfully warm, established appearance. Its earthy colouring makes it particularly easy to incorporate into neutral interiors, complementing everything from soft linens and boucle upholstery to natural woods, stone and ceramics.

Raised on its coordinating stand, the table has a light and elegant profile that prevents the design from feeling heavy within the room. The contrast between the intricately woven rattan and the simplicity of the supporting frame creates a beautifully balanced look, allowing it to work effortlessly in contemporary, rustic and modern country interiors.

Perfect beside a sofa or favourite armchair, this table with a removable tray provides a convenient surface for drinks, books or a table lamp while adding another layer of texture to your living space. It can also be positioned in a bedroom as an alternative bedside table, styled in a conservatory or garden room, or placed in a quiet reading corner alongside an occasional chair.

Its compact proportions make it especially useful in smaller spaces where additional surface area is needed without introducing bulky furniture. Style with a sculptural vase and seasonal foliage for an organic look, add a softly glowing lamp for evening ambience, or simply allow the woven craftsmanship to take centre stage.

The warm colouring gives the table a timeless quality, while the natural character of rattan ensures it feels relaxed rather than overly formal. This Garden Trading piece is an ideal choice for interiors inspired by laid-back Mediterranean living, contemporary country homes and schemes that celebrate natural materials and artisanal textures.

Combining beautifully woven rattan, a warm brown finish and practical proportions, the Rattan Tray Table is an effortlessly stylish addition to the home. Decorative yet functional, it offers an easy way to introduce natural texture and understated sophistication while providing a useful surface you'll appreciate every day.
